Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Nocturne launcher, the macros available in it, the website and your Nocturne account (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Nocturne
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Paid plans must be purchased by an adult or with their consent.
2. Your account
- Your account is personal. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
- An account works on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer yourself once every 7 days; support can help in other cases.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time on the account page.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Nocturne launcher on your own computer for your own non-commercial use, within the limits of your plan. You may not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it;
- bypass or interfere with licensing, account limits or device checks;
- resell, rent or provide the Service to others, or use it to offer a paid service;
- use the Service for anything unlawful or to harm other people.
4. Third-party games
Nocturne is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or by the developers of any game. Roblox and game names are trademarks of their owners.
Games and platforms have their own rules, and some of them do not allow automation. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use the Service with your game accounts. We are not responsible for any action a game or platform takes against your accounts, including warnings, bans, resets or loss of items or progress.
Games change over time. A macro may stop working after a game update until we release a fix.
5. Plans and payments
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans (such as Plus and Pro) unlock more accounts at once and are sold for a fixed period, usually 30 days.
- Paid plans do not renew automatically. We remind you in the launcher, and by email where possible, a few days before your plan ends. If you do not renew, your account returns to the Free plan.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. The partner may act as the reseller of record and will send you the receipt by email. We never receive your full card details.
- Prices are shown on the website and may change. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Promo codes have no cash value, can be used once per account and computer, and may be withdrawn if they are abused.
6. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. If you open a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or remove a paid plan without refund, if it is used in breach of these Terms, for example to share the account, bypass limits, crack the launcher, abuse promo codes or commit payment fraud. Where reasonable we will tell you why. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. Updates and availability
We update the launcher and macros regularly and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Paid features rely on a periodic check with our servers; if our servers are unreachable, the launcher keeps working for a limited time.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, game items, progress or accounts. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the launcher or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
