Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what data Nocturne collects, why, and what control you have over it. We collect as little as we need to run your account and keep the Service fair.

What stays on your computer

Your Roblox login never reaches our servers. When you add a Roblox account, you sign in on the official Roblox page. The resulting login is stored on your computer, encrypted by Windows so that only your Windows user can read it. Your catch log, screenshots of catches and launcher settings also stay on your computer.

What we collect

We do not collect your card details (the payment partner handles them), we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Website storage

The website stores your sign-in token and chosen language in your browser's local storage. Nothing is used for tracking or advertising.

Who we share data with

Only with services that help us run Nocturne, and only what they need:

We may disclose data if the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country; we only work with providers that protect it appropriately.

How long we keep data

Your choices and rights

Security

Passwords and sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, connections are encrypted, and licenses are signed so they cannot be forged. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

Children

Nocturne is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will announce significant changes to this policy in the launcher or by email.
